Next meeting

Discussion started with an explanation of the points related to the project understanding and information about the meaning of the issues raised in our previous meetings. We decided that all information should be sent to Milan for further processing.

Testing of the project:

Vesna explained that testing means to apply what we learn during our mobilities and what we learn through the project information. To test somebody’s project idea is to learn what the project brings to us and if we find it useful to apply in our own project; we can use this element and to see how it works with us. Method is an application and idea is a plan of some project. We can be inspired by somebody’s idea and find that we can use just a part of it in our own project. We shall be critical about the outcome of our testing. If something is wrong for us we shall say that in our report.

Data base:

Data base means to collect only our own information related to this project such as : contact details of venues, historic places, institutions, corporations, charities, collaborators from all fields of activities, and experts, people and individuals who are related to the project. We do not need to look for the new addresses, people or other information. During the project we shall all send our data bases  to Milan in order that he can include that in our website and to create a general data base.

Logo Issue:

Anna Liisa raised this issue and we clarified that Grundtvig logo should go together with HEAD logo because Milan signed the contract where is clearly defined that we must use their logo in all official communication, dissemination and advertising of the project which includes our website.

Progress Report:

There is a form which  we have to fill at the end of June and send it to Grundtvig or to our National Agencies if required. Everybody have to send a short report to Milan. We discussed that Ieva’s proposal form was good for our individual evaluation reports and we should do it after each mobility. All pictures, films and other recorded material should be sent to Milan for our final evaluation and report.

Learning:

Vesna explained that learning means what we adopt from some other project as a new information and maybe we could apply in our projects or we can get inspired by this new learning to create a new project. For example: I learned from Poland about their Orthodox icons collection, or Ieva about her art lectures about Umbria or Massimo from Italia Nostra about underground cities along the Adriatic Sea.

Suggestions:

To involve other learners or audiences in visits to the countries we work together and inform them about some special activities which they organise for the general public.
Exchanging information between the partners about the mobilities and to go to visit one country perhaps in group of two or three participating countries. The countries should give us three or four possible dates to visit them and those who can fit to it should send their confirmation.

If some country wants to do a project or include in their existing project something about one of the participating country we all should help them to get information and relevant material about that country.

We saw example of Spain after Finish visit to Segovia and how they reported and recorded that visit. We decided that Peter’s Individual Mobility Report  Form is sufficient to fill for each mobility, for the time being  but it could be improved and expanded for the final report.
